what exactly do i put for paypal adress? also i have paid and am wondering when it wil say i did and let me play. and what is your time zone please? its 11:23AM here so what time is it there?

Unfortunatly because of the number of non-paid players who signed up for the event I have had to cancel the event due to lack of entries.
All entry fee's will be refunded later tonight.
